Oral Pathology

Dr. Faiella routinely performs oral cancer screenings on all patients, checking for precancerous and cancerous lesions in and around the mouth. These lesions may be characterized by sores, tissue discoloration and other abnormalities. If such areas are identified, Dr. Faiella biopsies the lesion to determine pathology and the best course of treatment.

Preventative Dentistry

Though many of our patients see their general dentist for routine dentistry procedures, Dr. Faiella does provide preventative services that include dental examinations, x-rays, fluoride treatments and personalized oral hygiene instruction. Maintaining preventative care can help minimize future oral health needs.
